Return Policy

Here is our return policy in the unlikely event that you do not adore your Baolii products:

1. Item's once sold are not eligible for returns/refund.

2. Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled within two working days of the order date. Following the cancellation of the order, the reimbursement will be completed in 7 working days.
